The plaintiff brought the car into a shop, and they told him it was unsafe to drive, so the plaintiff is suing the seller for a refund. The defendant, a certified mechanic, insists the plaintiff knew what he was getting when he purchased the 17-year-old vehicle, and he denies owing anything.
