Plus, the plaintiff says he brought his car to the defendant’s shop for new rims, but one of his employees crashed into it. He’s suing for the thousands it will cost to repair and repaint the classic car. The defendant says an employee grazed the old Buick, but the plaintiff wants the whole car repainted.
