She claims the defendant, a member, called her credit card company to take back charges, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant often travels for work and told the plaintiff to put her gym membership on hold. However, the plaintiff charged her anyway, so the defendant went ahead and had her credit card company cancel the charge. The plaintiff parked at his building, but the defendant illegally towed his vehicle, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says he towed the car because that’s what he was told to do.
