About this episode
The plaintiff hired the defendant do some landscaping and gardening work on her home. She alleges the defendant did not do what she hired him for, so she’s suing for her money back. The defendant argues the plaintiff was not satisfied with any of his work and they never agreed on some of the terms. Then, the plaintiff says he broadcasts his ministry online and ordered a background sign from the defendant’s company, but the words were printed wrong. The defendant refuses to offer a refund, so he’s suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff approved the sign before it was printed, so he owes nothing. Plus, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to make a boat cover, but four months later it still isn’t done. He’s out of patience, so he’s suing for his down payment back. The defendant claims the cover is done, but her installer had a death in the family, so there was a delay. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
