About this episode
The plaintiff says he and the defendant dated, but she cleaned him out. He alleges she stole thousands from him, along with his PlayStation. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff is lying, and she denies taking any of his money or items. The plaintiff says he agreed to rent a two-bedroom apartment from the defendant, but when he went over to lease it, the defendant denied knowing anything about problems with lead paint. He asked for his deposit back, but the defendant refused, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff changed his mind because he got into a fight with his girlfriend, and he broke the agreement, not the defendant. The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to tint his car windows, but he did a terrible job. He let the guy try again, but this time, he got glue all over the car. Now he’s suing for a refund. The defendant says he redid the tints twice and there’s simply no pleasing him. The man still has the tints on his car, so he owes him nothing.
