The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to look after his two dogs, but she lost one of them. She claimed the dog got out after seeing a bunny and chased it. He still hasn’t found his beloved pet, so he’s suing for $3,500. The defendant says it wasn’t her fault the dog bolted and she did offer to help him look. She’s countersuing for the dog-sitting fees and defamation. The plaintiff says he loaned the defendant money and she promised to pay him back and never did. He also alleges she stole his debit card and went on a spending spree. He’s suing for he’s owed.
