Then, the plaintiff says the defendant’s dog attacked her dog, which resulted in an injury and abscess that almost killed him. The insensitive defendant is trying to dodge responsibility, so she’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dog bit his dog first, so his dog was just defending himself.
