About this episode
The plaintiff was hired by the defendant to decorate her wedding. However, she says it was the worst experience of her life because she wasn’t paid in full for all the work she completed. The plaintiff is suing for the unpaid wages. According to the defendant, the plaintiff was paid half prior to the completion of the job, but because the defendant wasn’t satisfied with her work and the issues the plaintiff had with vendors, the defendant didn’t pay the rest. Then, the plaintiff and her husband claim they were parking in a lot owned by the defendant, and a spike damaged the bumper of the plaintiff’s car. The plaintiff and her husband are suing the defendant for repairs. The defendant insists the plaintiff hit the parking spot stopper with such force that she dented the bumper herself.
