The defendant says her mother left one day and never came back. She threw out the items when her mother stopped answering her phone. She’s countersuing for an airline ticket, a bed, and a bearded dragon. Then, the plaintiff says she met the defendant at church and he bought a used car from her. He was supposed to pay her every month, but he only made one payment. She’s suing the double-crosser for the balance owed.
