The plaintiff says he brought his car to the defendant’s shop for an oil change, but one of his workers stole two money orders out of the car. The worker denied it, but surveillance video says otherwise. He’s suing for the stolen money. The defendant says the plaintiff hasn’t provided any proof to him or the police that he actually bought money orders, so he’s not handing over any cash to a scammer.
