Plus, the earrings are costume jewelry, and the defendant says they don’t do refunds on costume jewelry. Then, the plaintiff rented a room from the defendant for his daughter. The only way to get to the kitchen was through the plaintiff’s daughter’s room and the defendant was reportedly rude to her. The plaintiff and his daughter are suing for a refund on rent. The defendant says the plaintiff is a bully who threatened him. He’s countersuing for the cost of changing locks and emotional abuse. Plus, there are three plaintiffs. They bought a car from the defendant and they say the car had major issues when they received it. They took it to a mechanic, who told them there was no emergency brake and a broken spark plug. They’re suing for a refund, car repairs, locksmith costs, and car parts. The defendant argues the plaintiffs never paid in full for the car.
