The item arrived damaged, so he’s suing the defendant. The defendant says the plaintiff showed up with a prepackaged Amazon box, and she shipped it for him. She says he filed a claim, which was denied due to his poor packaging. Plus, the plaintiff says he brought his car to the defendant for repairs, and it was supposed to be ready in a week. It dragged on for months and he had to rent a car, so he’s suing for those costs.
