She claims his two dogs attacked her and badly injured her dog, so she’s suing for the cost of medical and veterinary expenses. The defendant claims the plaintiff’s dog is vicious and attacked his dogs. He says it’s the plaintiff’s fault because both his dogs were leashed, while hers wasn’t.
