First, the plaintiff worked for the defendant at a restaurant, but she hasn't reimbursed him for money he spent for items, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was eating her out of house and home. He's nothing but a disgruntled former employee. Then, the plaintiff purchased a leaf blower from the defendant that turned out to be broken, so he's suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff ran the leaf blower before purchasing it. Plus, the plaintiff bought a van from the defendant with the agreement she could return it. She tried returning it, but the defendant said no, so she's suing.
