The defendant admits she cut down the vine but claims she never heard of anyone storing expensive crystal in an outside shed. The plaintiff says the defendant hired him to install kitchens in homes he flips. He says his paycheck bounced and the guy still hasn’t paid him, so he’s suing for what he’s owed.
