The plaintiff says the defendant is her younger sister. She claims she loaned her some money, but then she used the plaintiff’s credit card without permission — and that’s stealing. She’s suing for every penny her sister owes her. The defendant says she’s not paying anything since her sister lived at her home rent-free. The plaintiffs say the defendant towed their car, but he dropped it when he was unloading it and damaged the radiator. Now he refuses to pay for the damages, so they’re suing. The defendant says the radiator was leaking when he got the car, and you can’t drop a car when you use a hydraulic lift. The plaintiff says she loaned the defendant money in his time of need, but the louse has only repaid a small portion of it. She’s suing for the balance. The defendant says he paid the plaintiff’s husband some of the money because they were close friends, but then the man unexpectedly died.
