About this episode
The plaintiff runs a baked goods delivery business, and he sold the defendant a large amount of bread, but the defendant hasn’t paid him, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant owns a popular sandwich shop, and he claims the plaintiff sent him cracked bread loaves that were smaller than usual, so he denies owing the plaintiff anything. Then, the plaintiff rented a two-bedroom home to the defendants, and he says they damaged the place and refused to pay for repairs, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants allege that they left the place nice and clean, and the plaintiff didn’t do a walk-through with the defendants, and now the plaintiff is making stuff up. The defendants are countersuing for their unreturned security deposit. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
