First, the plaintiff says she’s known the defendant for five years and she loaned him money, but now he’s refusing to repay her. She’s suing for the money back. The defendant says he never borrowed money, and he insists the plaintiff stole two of his car keys. Then, the plaintiff says he gave the defendant some valuable collectible game cards to sell. The defendant agreed to sell them, but then he claimed they got stolen. The plaintiff alleges the man sold them and pocketed the cash, so he’s suing.
