The plaintiff says he rented a room in the defendants’ home, but he started feeling uncomfortable there, so he moved out. He says the landlords won’t return the security deposit they owe him, so he’s suing. The defendants say the plaintiffs was an unsanitary slob who spit all over their kitchen. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor, and he claims he’s been harassing him and his family for six years. He alleges his neighbor smashed his security camera and damaged a stone wall, so he’s suing. The defendant says he took the camera down and handed it to the plaintiff and denies damaging anything.
