About this episode
The plaintiff says she purchased a boat trailer made by the defendant, but it broke while carrying a vessel, and she wants a refund. She’s suing for the money she says she is owed. The defendant claims the plaintiff incorrectly thought she could carry a boat with four tanks of gas, and she’s the one at fault. Then, the plaintiff says her elderly mom lived in an apartment the defendant owned. When her mother moved out, the defendant reportedly did not return the security deposit, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff’s mother left a bunch of debris, and the defendant had to pay to have it all removed. Plus, the plaintiff says he brought his car to the defendant’s repair shop to get a Bluetooth device installed, but it didn’t work, so he’s suing for the money he paid the guy. The defendant insists the plaintiff gave him a USB and not a Bluetooth device to install, and the plaintiff just didn’t know the difference. That shouldn’t be his problem.
