The plaintiff says he rented an apartment to the defendant, but her kids were unruly and wrecked the place. He’s suing for all the repairs he had to make when they moved out. The defendant says the plaintiff is petty. She insists the place was clean when she left, and she’s countersuing for her security deposit. Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to replace window screens in her condo building.
