They claim the defendant ran off the money and hasn’t paid them back, so they’re suing. The defendant argues her now-ex-husband stole the money, and she’s suing him to get it back. The plaintiff brought his dog to the park, and he claims the defendants’ dog attacked his dog. The dog got severely injured, so he’s suing for vet bills and pain and suffering.
