The plaintiff says she and the defendant used to be friends, but her ex-pal stiffed her on payment for tickets to a music festival. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says she paid her overly sensitive ex-friend for the ticket and she has the receipt to prove it. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant hired him to fix his car, which had been in a crash. He claims she stole if after he fixed it and hasn’t paid him. He’s suing for what he’s owed.
