Plus, the plaintiff hired and paid the defendant to design and make a wedding dress. However, the plaintiff claims the wedding dress wasn’t delivered in time, and the plaintiff had to leave for Las Vegas for her wedding without a dress, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant insists she created and mailed the dress, and according to the tracking number, the dress was delivered to the plaintiff on time.
