The defendant claims the plaintiff agreed to give him money in exchange for sex, so the defendant insists he doesn’t owe anything. The defendant is countersuing for harassment. Then, the plaintiffs claim they purchased a fully furnished condo from the defendant. Once they took possession of the place, they thought they were robbed because numerous items that were supposed to be included in the sale weren’t there. The defendant double-crossed them, so the plaintiffs are suing.
