First, the plaintiff brings her father to court. She says the transmission blew on her car, so she took it to her father’s shop for repairs. She says her dad has been taking forever to fix her car and it still barely works. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant argues he spent a lot of money fixing it and the plaintiff cussed him out in front of his customers. He refuses to pay. Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to put extensions in her hair. She claims the extensions started falling out after a few hours, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant argues she was willing to fix the plaintiff’s hair, but now she doesn’t want to because the plaintiff started blasting her on social media.
