The defendant insists the fire was not his fault, and he already offered to give the plaintiff money when he moved out, but the plaintiff reportedly rejected it. Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant had his truck for three weeks and was supposed to repair it, but he didn’t, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant insists he fixed the plaintiff’s truck properly, and when the plaintiff’s vehicle started leaking, the defendant told him to bring it back in.
