'Failing to Pay for a Fence' & 'You Spin Me 'Round & 'Round Like a Record Baby'

First, the plaintiff claims she was forced to put up a privacy fence because her creepy neighbor, the defendant, took pictures of kids in their bathing suits and sprayed them with a hose. He even put dead cats on her porch. She says he should pay half the cost of the fence, so she’s suing. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for a refund. The defendant insists the plaintiff had the machine for a while, and she has no idea why it stopped working.
