'Wrongfully Evicted and Ransacked' & 'Bad Smelting' & 'As Is'

First, the plaintiffs say the defendant, their landlord, stole their belongings, had them evicted for no good reason, and invaded their privacy, so they’re suing. The defendant claims the plaintiffs moved out, and she didn’t steal anything. The defendant is countersuing for rent and past due utilities. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant, a jeweler, was supposed to melt down some of his gold chains into a ring. However, the defendant disappeared, and the gold is gone, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff severely understated how much repair work the vehicle needed and refuses to pay the crook for selling her a heap of junk.
