The plaintiff says the defendant hired her to help clean some buildings. After she worked her fingers to the bone, he stiffed her on her pay, so she’s suing him. The defendant says he wanted to date the plaintiff and offered her a job, but she disappeared from the job site and did terrible work. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter’s godmother, and they had plans to go to Orlando together. The defendant changed how they were going to split the bill, so the plaintiff changed her mind. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says she put the charges on her credit card, but the plaintiff backed out when the defendant’s daughter’s boyfriend decided to come along at the last minute. Plus, the plaintiff says he bought a car from the defendant, but it turns out the vehicle had a cracked head gasket and he claims the defendant tried to cover it up. The plaintiff is suing for his money back. The defendant says the plaintiff is a liar who has no proof he tried to cover anything up. He bought the car as is, and it was in great condition.
