About this episode
The plaintiff says he hired and paid the defendant, a piano tuner, to install a piano humidifier, but the defendant took the money and ran, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists he tried to set up a time to install the piano humidifier, but he and the plaintiff could never connect. Then, the plaintiff rented a room to the defendant, but the defendant reportedly stopped paying rent, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims he was all caught up with the rent after falling behind when COVID-19 hit. However, the defendant says he was fed up with the plaintiff’s rude attitude, moved out, and owes him nothing. Plus, the plaintiff purchased a boat from the defendant, who advertised it as being in good condition. However, when the plaintiff took the boat out in the water, he says it flooded and almost sank, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant alleges that the plaintiff ran the boat aground and damaged the engine. The defendant believes the plaintiff is just trying to get the defendant to return the money so the plaintiff can buy a new boat. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
