About this episode
The plaintiff and his wife allege that conflict arose after their neighbor built a shed that encroached onto their property. Things reportedly got physical between the defendant and the plaintiff’s wife, and the defendant had the plaintiff’s wife falsely arrested. The plaintiff is suing for bail as well as pain and suffering. The defendant insists the plaintiff’s wife attacked her, and she was rightfully arrested. Then, the plaintiff says her 26-year-old son took her dog, Taffy, out for a walk, and the defendant’s two unleashed pit bulls attacked her canine. The plaintiff’s dog was injured in the scuffle, so she’s suing the defendant for vet bills. The defendant claims her pit bulls went into “protection mode” after Taffy ran up to her front stoop without a leash. The defendant is countersuing for vet bills, fines, and pain and suffering.
