Collectively looking at science gathered on exercise and nutrition, most of the data is on men. But, it is known that our female physiology differs and impacts so many of our bodies functions. While there is a lack of research in this space, Abbie's lab is one that is eager to learn more. Throughout life cycles, women experience significant physiological fluctuations that impact everything from metabolism to mood. Abbie unravels the mysteries behind these changes and emphasizes the importance of nutrition as a tool for empowerment.
