49: Two-Time Athlete Games Champion Gabi Osterholz on Starting Her Burn Journey in High School, Leaving the Corporate World To Become a Trainer, and Her Mindset Going Into Athlete Games

On today's episode, DK is sitting down with Gabi Osterholz, Head Trainer at Burn Elizabeth, NC and two-time Burn Athlete Games Champion! Gabi was a Burn member in high school, before competitive swimming at UNC Charlotte and getting her degree in Exercise Science. Gabi graduated and went on to start her career in corporate fitness at Wells Fargo. She found herself back at Burn, this time at her now home gym, Burn Elizabeth, attending weekly camps. The more she went, the stronger her passion grew and the more she considered training! She shares the details on how she left the corporate world to become a head trainer full time, and her journey to the Burn Athlete Games.
