Parents are pivotal in laying this foundation, especially in the first few years, so you don't ever want to leave it to chance. When you know why babbling is an important precursor to his first words - you'll want to sing, read, and giggle all day long with your little one. When you realize YOU are the most important influencer in your young child's life ... you may want to rethink preschool, or perhaps adjust the hours. Either way, this episode will bring clarity and purpose to your everyday activities as you nurture both speech and language development with certainty.
