Our skill segment focuses on what your athletes need to know to speed up their learning, help them make sense of what they are doing, and become independent learners. Often we just assume that the athletes know how to train. This can be a mistake because often we "don't know what we don't know", and we leave opportunities for more learning on the table. By "priming" your athletes with a few key concepts, you can make sure that they will get the most out of their time and yours. Our scenario segment deals with what coaches need on their checklist before their first club tournament. Whether it is your first tournament ever or your first tournament of the season, it can be super exciting!
