A Pennsylvania elementary school principal was charged with “willingly” failing to report the alleged sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl at the hands of his 19-year-old son. Fifty-one-year-old Gregory Mandalas allegedly turned a blind eye to the perverted acts of his son, Matthew Mandalas.
