P. Diddy Files Bombshell Motion to Dismiss Revenge Porn, Trafficking Claims

Sean “P. Diddy'' Combs has officially responded to one of the huge lawsuits filed against him. Joi Dickerson-Neal claims Combs drugged and raped her after a date in 1991. She also claims Combs filmed the assault and shared it widely with friends. Combs’ attorneys claim Dickerson-Neal cannot bring claims against Combs using laws that didn’t exist at the time of the alleged assault.
