Sean “Diddy” Combs, once one of the most prominent and wealthy hip-hop artists in the world, has been behind bars in Brooklyn for a month. A grand jury for the Southern District of New York indicted him on racketeering and sex crimes charges. After being denied bail twice by two different judges, Combs’ legal team now plans to file a new petition for pretrial release, citing “new information” that has come to light.
