Episode 9 : The Journey Is The Reward (dot) ORG : Surprise Mom, I'm here in Tampa, Happy Birthday!

In episode 9, Micah and I discuss my surprise trip to see mom for Mother's Day, her Birthday, and her wedding anniversary. She had no idea I was showing up and I almost scared her to death! We also discuss the lack of ground staff at Newark and how a great trip turned into a multi-hour delay... simply because United didn't have enough people scheduled to work. For the first time in the show, we talk about listener feedback. There were a lot of great comments, some positive and some negative. However, they were all great and I agree with all of them. This is a journey for me in producing this show and listener feedback will only make it better. Therefore, keep 'em coming!
