Episode 232: Dr. Nelson Vazquez Revitalized His and His Patient's Health with a Carnivore Diet!

Dr Vazquez is a residency trained Family Physician who graduated from medical school nearly 40 years ago, December 1984. Throughout a long career in family medicine, and following the standard dietary protocol, he became sicker than the patients he was treating. He developed extreme obesity, tattoo diabetes, and many other chronic illnesses which plagued him daily. Having read Dr Atkins' book years earlier, Dr Vazquez had been treating his patients with similar illnesses with a low carbohydrate, high meat and animal fat diet for some time with fantastic results. Eventually he took his own advice and eating a high fat carnivore diet, lost nearly 120lbs, and reversed his diabetes and other chronic diseases. He is now healthy and able to help even more patients with lifestyle interventions and is continuing to reverse diseases that were here to for thought to be incurable.
