Dov Lipman is the founder and CEO of Yad L’Olim, an organization that serves as a voice in the Israeli government for new immigrants from all backgrounds. In 2004, he immigrated from the U.S. to Israel with his wife and four children, and in 2013 he was elected to the 19th Knesset, making him the first U.S.-born Member of the Knesset in 30 years.
