102: Embracing the Joy and Chaos of Motherhood with Vasavi Kumar

I share about my 2nd ‘dark night of the soul’ which came once I began motherhood in the forms of postpartum depression and rage. I had put a lot of my value in being able to contribute and give to others, so being unable to do so after giving birth caused a lot of rage to swell up.
