Speaking to James on the show, one of the best coaches in the professional game discusses his professional playing career at Mladost, where he won nearly everything as a player, before explaining how he became the Head Coach at one of Europe's biggest clubs. Vjeko then opens up about the success of his team between 2015-2017, and his future ambitions for the club he has now spent seven years at. Kobešćak then talks to James about youth development, and his work with the French National team - who are building towards Paris 2024.
