Today’s ditch the drive-through is Razi’s Cilantro Lime Chicken and Rice . Take two chicken breasts, cover in olive oil, squeeze half of a lime over the chicken and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and chili powder. Do yourself a favor and buy some disposable gloves so you can pop those on and mix the chicken up before cooking it in a pan on the stove.
