In 2018 fire destroyed the restaurant and cellar door, containing $500,000 worth of wine, of famed Australian winery '10 Minutes by Tractor'. Today owner Martin Spedding sits down with Master Sommelier and Got Somme Host Carlos Santos and co-host Angus O'Loughlin to talk about the tragic day and how they emerged from the ashes to win 'Wine List of the Year' and named as one of Victorias best restaurants.
