Billy originally hails from Southern California where he’s an inducted Southern California Hall of Fame teacher. His background includes becoming a GSEM in the Golfing Machine as well as also being certified in The Impact Zone. Justin Tang is from and lives in Singapore. Justin coaches at the Tana Mara Golf club and is also educated in The Golfing Machine as well as other swing disciplines. When it comes to hitting poor shots, a lot of times we immediately think about what we did wrong with our swing. Often times, a poor shot will have nothing to do with making a bad swing. It’s usually something else. This is precisely what we talk about in this conversation. Both Justin and Billy are what I would call “wholistic teachers”. They look at thoughts BEFORE you pull the trigger on hitting a golf shot. Was it a “fear based thought ?” “ Were you not “fully committed?” These are the very issues we tackle. Make no mistake folks, these two brilliant minds will figure out and prescribe accordingly is your swing is out of whack. BUT, they will make sure that you go down the RIGHT rabbit hole vs chasing your tail. Often times, it may not be your swing.
