Take a dive with Texas High School Swim Coach, Jesse Cole, as he discusses a middle of the season "Reset" practice designed to engage athletes intellectually, break poor practice habits, and design resistance training that will help athletes to FEEL fast. Jesse has over 35 years of teaching and coaching experience in the state of Texas. He has coached 11 state swimming championship teams, over 40 All American Swimmers and has had one squad be ranked first nationally. Coach Cole has also been the recipient of the NISCA Outstanding Service Award and the Texas Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association Theron Pickle Lifetime Achievement Award winner.
