Are you in the season of pushing through or creating more spaciousness and moments of doing nothing? It’s definitely not a one size fits all approach or answer of what's the right way. What are you needing and craving most this moment, today, this month or this season you’re in? There are a ton of experts doubling down on one or the other, but the truth is, it’s so individual and it varies. What is your body, heart and soul longing for right now? Have you checked in with the most important authority aka yourself? If not, I invite you to take a moment right now -how do you feel, what do you need, what season are you in? There are times where we can flow from slow to fast throughout the day easily and naturally, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing or one or the other. Sometimes getting a to do done and off your physical and mental list, and creates more space and freedom and ease a few moments later. I believe it’s really important for us to create moments of spaciousness in our days, it could be in the mornings, evenings or whatever works best for you. Slower mornings have felt really good and supportive to me this summer. I’m also a big believer in needing to slow down, especially for introverts.
