Simon Sebbah’s Dirty Martini Recipe Ingredients - 2 ½ ounces freezer-cold gin or vodka - ¼ - ½ ounce salt-adjusted dry vermouth (3 parts water to 1 part brine, salt adjusted to taste) - Garnish: 1 olive Directions 1.
